    Baruch Ranked #2 Most Affordable College in the Nation by Intelligent.com

    Baruch College consistently ranks among the best schools in the nation for providing a high-value and accessible education to its diverse student population.

    Baruch is the second most affordable college in the country, according to a new ranking released by Intelligent.com, which compared more than 17,000 institutions. A list of “The Top 50 Affordable Colleges” showcased those schools that offer “the best overall value to students” by evaluating cost, flexibility, faculty, course strength, and reputation.

    Baruch placed ahead of public and private colleges and universities across the United States, including UCLA, University of Texas Rio Grande, Iowa State, and Harvard University. Scorers also gave each college on the list a tagline to sum up its value proposition. Baruch was tagged “Best Urban Campus,” a nod to the immense and rich resources available to the College with New York City as its backdrop.

    Methodology

    Intelligent.com scores for the institutions are based on a variety of factors, including how well academic programs were ranked by leading evaluators such as U.S. News and World Report, on-campus and online educational resources, including libraries, the future earnings of graduates, student body diversity, and total cost of attendance.
