Baruch College is among the top third of public colleges nationwide who provide an excellent value for in-state students, according to Money in its 2023-2024 analysis.

For its “Best Colleges” list, Money applied a newly developed star rating system to hundreds and hundreds of colleges and universities nationwide where “your tuition (and time) is likely to pay off.”

    “Quality, Affordability, and Student Outcomes”

According to Money, the 2023-2024 “Best Colleges” rating offers a practical analysis of 736 four-year colleges with data scored in three buckets: quality, affordability, and student outcomes.

The redesigned analysis evaluated graduation rates, cost of attendance, financial aid, and alumni salaries. With this new system, Money aims to help families make more fully informed decisions by showcasing a variety of high-value colleges that better align with their personal and professional priorities, goals, and different individual characteristics.

Record of Top Rankings and Recognitions

Money’s recent ranking and rating of Baruch underscores the College’s commitment to providing a world-class education accessible to students from all backgrounds.

This latest accolade follows a series of recent recognitions from high-profile ranking organizations. These include being named among the top ten public colleges in the nation by the Wall Street Journal and a strong showing in the annual U.S. News & World Report rankings of graduate schools.
