    The Graduate Center’s Industrial-Organizational Psychology Doctoral Program Located at Baruch College’s Weissman School of Arts and Sciences Makes Top Ten List

    The Industrial-Organizational (I-O) psychology doctoral program at The City University of New York Graduate Center and Baruch College’s Weissman School of Arts and Sciences is among the best in the nation, according to a new ranking from Organizational Psychology Degrees.

    At the Graduate Center and Baruch College, the doctoral training program prepares students as both practitioners and scientists, developing critical research and analytical skills for a wide range of career paths in academic, organizational, and consulting.

    The Industrial-Organizational (I-O) psychology doctoral program at The City University of New York Graduate Center and Baruch College’s Weissman School of Arts and Sciences is among the best in the nation, according to a new ranking from Organizational Psychology Degrees.

    The field of I-O psychology focuses on the scientific study of the workplace – including both organizations and their employees. On the list “Top 10 Ph.D. Programs in Industrial-Organizational Psychology 2020,” the Graduate Center and Baruch placed:

    • #8 nationally among all institutions
    • #5 among public institution on the list

    According to Organizational Psychology, the Graduate Center and Baruch College “…features a top I-O psychology PhD program with a curriculum that follows the guidelines set by the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Inc.”

    At the Graduate Center and Baruch College, the doctoral training program prepares students as both practitioners and scientists, developing critical research and analytical skills for a wide range of career paths in academic, organizational, and consulting.

    The program’s faculty is widely recognized for its accomplishment and contributions to the field of I-O psychology, and both professors and students have won major awards.
