    The Executive Master of Public Administration (MPA) program at the Austin W. Marxe School of Public and International Affairs ranked #8 on the “Top 25 Best Value Executive MPA for 2019” by Value Colleges.

    In its profile of Baruch, Value Colleges said the institution has “one of the most ethnically and culturally diverse student bodies in the world. With so many different worldviews, the school helps students develop unique points of view. Students learn to collaborate with one another and gain important perspectives.”

    Value College added, “Baruch College’s location makes it ideal for many students. The campus is within a short distance of Wall Street, midtown, and lots of major businesses and nonprofits. As a result, students find no shortage of internship and networking opportunities.”

    Executive MPA Program: Developing innovative and Strategic Leaders

    The Executive MPA program at the Marxe School of Public and International Affairs is for experienced professionals who want to gain administrative leadership skills through a convenient course schedule and accelerated program of study. The classes focus on current issues and problems that confront administrative professionals in New York City. Skills are developed in budgeting, communications, economics, management, and research methods.

    Value Colleges researched accredited Master of Public Administration programs designed for mid-career and advanced professionals in public administration. These programs then were ranked according to the following equally-weighted factors that help prospective students determine their potential return on investment: average alumni salary, cost, Niche student reviews, and U.S. News & World Report public affairs ranking.
